Queen of Malinalco is a unique tomatillo that grows up to 8cm long with a sweet, almost fruity flavor! Great for salsa, can also be cooked up like tomatoes or simply eaten fresh! I'd wait until the husk turns from green to tan and just begins to split a bit.
